Pavers - Which Concrete Pavers Do You Need?
Pavers from Island Block and Paving are commonly known as weed-free paving due to the specific waterproof additive that inhibits weed and moss growth in all of Island Block and Paving’s concrete pavers. This additive also aids in stain resistance, and longevity of colour and provides a slip-resistant surface on your concrete pavers that will last the test of time.
These pavers come in a premium and low-cost range so there is something for every budget.

Bespoke Brick Dimensions and Flexibility
Island Block’s bespoke bricks are available in multiple dimensions, such as 390mm (L) x 110mm (W) x 60mm (H) for standard bricks and 310mm (L) x 110mm (W) x 60mm (H) for corner bricks.
Light Reflectance Values (LRV)
LRV measures the amount of light a surface reflects. Light colours like Pure White (LRV 69.4) reflect more light, minimising glare, while darker colours like Graphite (LRV 19.0) create understated designs. This is useful in urban environments to reduce glare for motorists and pedestrians.
Solar Reflectance Indexes (SRI)
The Solar Reflectance Index quantifies how much solar radiation is reflected, helping regulate building temperatures. Colourfast and Durable Finishes
